How I can Help


Optimal nutrition is critical for a strong recovery from substance abuse & addiction. It is also necessary to heal many behavioral health concerns. I strongly believe that one cannot change the outside until we work on the inside. My passion is working with individuals looking to integrate nutrition as part of their mental wellness plan.

Regardless of family history or a recent abnormal test there is room for everyone to make some easy changes to reach their optimal health.
