Sydney Greene is all of the things you want in a nutritionist. She has led me through a huge transformation over the past 4 months: I'm 20 pounds lighter, and I have immeasurable gains in self esteem and knowledge about how to eat well. I've become so much more mindful of my eating habits, and I now effortlessly eat so much cleaner (I used to think I ate clean until I sat down with Sydney and saw how many easy but big changes I could make! It was amazing!).

Most importantly for me, Sydney has helped me learn how to be more forgiving of myself on days when I get off track; I feel comfortable sharing what went wrong and why so she can not only help me quickly regain focus and stay positive, but I'm not stuck ruminating about my missteps alone in my head. Sydney does a wonderful job of listening to what I like to eat, my lifestyle and habits (both the good and bad), and she works WITH me to form plans that I always go into feeling confident about every day. Her tips and ideas for change are straightforward, reasonable, and easy to follow. Sydney has a calm, clear, steady, friendly, knowledgable voice that I've come to internalize as I go through my days.

I was always one of those people who blamed everything except myself for why I couldn’t lose weight. I felt like I was doing everything I could and just nothing was working. I worked out regularly and was convinced that I was eating pretty well. I reached out to Sydney when I was at the end of my rope and my frustration was at an all-time high, and I can confidently say that she has changed my life.

She has completely revamped the way I think about food and how it interacts with my body, and I am much more thoughtful about what I put into it. She never preaches overly restricting or calorie counting and instead focuses on eating real, natural foods in a way that will help you to feel satisfied and amazing. Thanks to her, I’ve lost more weight than I’ve been able to in years and have a better understanding of what foods affect me in a negative way so that I can feel as good as possible. She has given me a toolset that I am confident I can continue to use to make better choices and take better care of myself. It’s clear that Syd takes her work as well as her clients’ wellbeing very seriously, and she’s so easy to work with! I am so happy that I reached out to her. She’s a lifesaver!  

I came to Sydney for help managing a health issue. Sydney’s advice and suggestions were directly catered to my lifestyle and thus easy to follow. I feel well equipped to maintain my success because Sydney's suggestions were specifically catered to me, not generic and did not require me to become a different person. I am still following what I learned today and have recommended her to many of my friends!
